how to cancel

  • We require a 14 day notice to cancel and you are required to make any payments that are due within the 14 day notice to cancel. To cancel we ask that you send in a written request to our email Support@volutionfit.com, Please make sure to include your first and last name as well as the cell phone number associated with the account in your email.

how to put membership on hold

You must send a written request into Support@volutionfit.com. The request must be sent in 7 days before your next billing date if you want it to start on a specific billing date, if you fail to request your freeze 7 days before your next billing date your request may not be processed. Your membership will be frozen from bill date to bill date and will be allowed to be frozen for up to 8 weeks, 2 times per calendar year.
