how to cancel

  • Go to www.myiclub.com

  • Sign in or click on Register to create an account

  • Select the My Agreement Info tab

  • Click Request Cancel

  • Fill out all the information in the form

  • Click the Submit Cancel Request button

  • A summary will be sent to your email on file

  • Or you can call 1-888-827-9262 to speak with a representative

how to put membership on hold

You must send a written request into customercare@abcfitness.com. The request must be sent in 7 days before your next billing date, if you fail to request your freeze 7 days before your next billing date your request may not be processed. Your membership will be frozen from bill date to bill date and will be allowed to be frozen for up to 4 weeks, 2 times per calendar year. ABC representatives will be available Monday-Friday 7AM-9PM central time.
